Is VPN alone enough to stream anime?

Yes and no. Like I said before how well it works is determined by how much bandwidth the streaming provider needs and how much the VPN offers. If you don't need to bypass data limits or regional restrictions a VPN would be a waste of money and resources.

then if i have good bandwidth and want to download anime, vpn will be useful to me.

Most of the anime are available in Dailymotion and Bilibili TV.
@kadenmire it should be fine if people don't want to visit streaming websites. I do that a lot and we get to watch HD anime episodes in these video sharing sites.

i watch dailymotion but i didn't hear about this bilibili may be it's not avilable here.
