Is One Piece a better anime than JoJo Bizarre Adventure?

I have heard a lot about JoJo.
I dropped it after watching less than 5 episodes or so but I have heard that it gets better. So, what do you guys think?

but i am not exactly sure when it comes to others. and there are many who likes jojo here.
