Is an anime can be considered bad if it requires you to read analysis on the Internet or watch it more than once.

Not necessarily and if I browse something then it means that anime made me curious enough to find out more about.

some shows don't include all the information so a noob can understand without having to look up seperately

I think for something popular like sports, the rules don’t really need to be explained, especially if it’s a popular sport. Soccer is the world’s most popular sport, and fans would get annoyed watching a soccer anime that has to explain the rules of soccer. It’s like “we know this already, get to the point”.
