"Introductions And Site Updates" should be at the top

I noticed this section was beneath the anime and manga section but why make the change? I feel like this section should be at the top since it's the most important section in regards to the site. And all forums put this sort of section at the top as well so it feels natural for it to be there.

I heard that people should keep niche sites at the top.
I don't know if it makes any change or not
