Well if you didn't like it in the first few episodes I don't know what to say, I was hooked on episode 1. I'd highly recommend giving it a second chance though.

I will think about it.
My preferences are a bit different too. Just like how people judge series like kyou kara ore wa and youjo senji, one piece here, I don't really watch things after the first episode, if they are not interesting to me.

I usually give a series 3 episodes before I drop it.

3 episodes is long. i give 10 minutes to decide a anime is worth watching for me. it's easy that way and quite simple to decide.

I don't think 10 minutes is enough to judge an anime. Many people put lots of effort to make an anime. You can't judge it with just watching 10 minutes.

may be but for me it's enough to see what's an anime got and what i could expect from it. i don't need much time, to see an anime is interesting.

That really isn't enough some anime might have a bad first episode, that is why I give it 3 maybe it doesn't get good until the second or third episode. You should at least finish the first episode.

if it fails get you hooked on the first 10 minutes, what is there to watch?
i don't want to spend my time in something useless

for me it's enough. if i low pacing, then i wouldn't watch it. just like how many people don't try like shonen ai
 
If I had given 10 minutes for Steins Gate, I'd definitely have dropped it after that .. The first 11-12 episodes were really boring to me .. Couldn't even believe till now, I had that amount of patience. But hey, I didn't regret watching it cause the second half was fire.. The twist was good and it become from 0 to sudden thriller. Some series are like that.. It takes a certain amount of time , to bring the interest in ya. After that, there ain't no stopping ya.

Well, Hitman reborn is also like that. Until 30 episodes or so, it's really boring. After that the pacing is just great.
 
To think we are talking bout two different Hitman here   :laugh2:  .

Movie, sorry nope. My mistake. I confused it with Hitman Agent 47. Missed the word 'reborn' there .  Hitman reminds me of 'that' baldy saitama like guy. No animes , hihi.
 
I see. I didn't know that there are other movies with the same name. In anime, Hitman is just a kid. You would probably enjoy that show too.

I see. I am no gamer. I don't even play mobile games. Even these days I am not watching much anime either.
