i rarely get inspired by anything. i will be moved by a good story but i don't get inspired by it. i know people who think highly of some anime

Not so much as one anime but an entire block of Anime. Toonami was so inspiring back in the day it lead to epic stuff like this:

This is why people who don't finish stories should talk about characters. You really think Kakashi hasn't been through hell? He's suffered as much as Naruto or Sasuke or Itachi.
