Tell me the most common Indian names, both for men and for women, that you know. Thank you.

this is a correct forum to ask this but why would you want to know? do you plan to name someone who had I ancestors

India has ppl from various religions.. Not just hindus.. So, even Richard can be an Indian name or Mohammad Anish or something like that..

Sindhu, Priya, pallavi, Lakshmi, latha, Aishwarya, pavani, saraswathi, parvathi, Durga, alekhya, bharat, bharathi, Vijay, Vijaya...
I can go on and on.

Are they spelled with a lowercase letter on purpose?

i don't follow grammar too. you never said anything about why you need them. do you plan on using our suggestions these names. do you have indian friends?

Lol. Except for Bharat... All of them are female names.
Well akimichi gave most of the male names. I wonder why you need them too... But if you don't want to share that information, then I won't push you xD

Well, you wouldn't especially be looking for only Indian names if that is the case.
Well it doesn't really matter as those are not state secrets :D
