If your partner doesn't pick up after himself/herself

would you still stay with them?
will you be willing to do everything for them and not be concerned about what they bring to the table?

I don't know. I've never had a partner. Women don't want me.

But, to answer your question, it would really depend on why she is doing it. If I tell her that something really bothers me about her behavior and she just doesn't care, I need to know why she doesn't care? Is it because she's depressed? We usually want to make those we love happy, so that would be a sign that she doesn't love me.

Then what are they doing to make you happy and slave away your life? Is it worth it in the long run? I don't think it's worth it unless you are a SAHW

My partner suffers from really bad chronic depression. So I really don't mind if there's a wrapper or an empty can out. I'll just dump it in the garbage on my way back to the kitchen. She does however pull more than her weight in helping to maintain our lifestyle.... as meager as it is. Besides, she loves me for WHO and WHAT I am, as well as the things I've been through. That's really, really, REALLY difficult to find in somebody.

Sometimes, you just have to pick and choose your battles. Some fights aren't worth the hate.

My wife has bad depression, so sometimes she lets her side of the living room go. I don't pressure her to clean up when she's having a rough time. I help her out so she doesn't get overwhelmed, because she also has to clean upstairs since we live with her parents and she doesn't have a job currently so she does things around the house and takes care of her mom.

that's true
but one person can't do everything but themselves in a relationship. it's an entirely different thing if it's related to a health issue.
but you are suffering too hun. i will pray for your recovery and for your gf's recovery
