If you could create another planet, what would you put in it?

I would put abundant amounts of helium 3 so maybe we can have had nuclear fusion by now. Also more fresh water around the globe so people don't have to struggle for water. My planet would have a more temperate climate all over and have no extreme weather. I'd also put more than 1 moon closer to it than our moon with exotic environments and resources so people would be more inclined to explore space.

That's a no. Fusion to generate energy is what I wanted.So fusion power plants. The LHC is a scientific tool used to study atoms and particles.
