I already mentioned that I was talking about pre-Fourth Shinobi War Naruto. That Naruto wasn't over-powered in any sense.

I am not up-to-date with naruto...So...I am kinda lost there.
I don'tknow what the pre-fourth is all about.

I meant before the start of the War arc. To be more clear, till the Pein Invasion arc.​

Well I believe that his rasen shuriken is quite formidable. Even the initial version is quite powerful.
 
The ten tails and Naruto, I find Naruto a bit too pathetic if you don't know the reason I choose a tailed beast then go watch/read the anime/manga.

Looks like I will never be able to get to know the reason.
I am too tired of Naruto and it's slow paced story. I have dropped it and I don't intend to pick it up anytime soon.
