If humanity perishes at the end, would you still like attack on titan?

i wouldn't like an anime with a very sad ending like that. i would rather watch a good series with good ending. humanity perishing is a very depressing thought for me

i can understand that it has be great but a tragedy wouldn't be good at all.

This was never a happy ending series. Anything with humans fighting for survival always ends on a sour note.

After seeing Berserk, I don't think anything which has a tag ''tragedy'' can come close to that... One fucking brilliant anime.

It exceeded any tragic anime I have seen so far. You gotta see that anime to know bout it. MC would lose everything he treasured. It's still ongoing.

That wouldn't do that. All the popular stories try to leave loose ends to build a story on it later. It's the base for a sequel.
Look at the ratings man. They wouldn't completely destroy the hope of a sequel later.

tragedy is good and attracts audience but it leaves people with a sour taste.

I am up for anything at all.. . It's sad when a tragic shit happens in the anime but if that's how it is, I am fine watching it.
