How should anime improve?

Probably adapting different genres every season.
If something gets popular, more and more Anime emerge from the same genre

The worst thing about anime is dialogues. Sometimes it's better to shut up but they just say outright describe whatever's happening on-screen constantly. A good cliche is "He's fast".
Also not produce 50 anime every season and divide all the stuff and instead focus on like 10 anime. This season itself has close to 10 Isekai anime and I don't wanna watch any of them.
Also the voice acting is a bit too exaggerated and cartoony at times, can be toned down a bit. Like when someone says "understood" or "sorry".

These are just nitpicks but they kinda bog down the experience.

I agree with cutting down the amount of anime, its hard to watch everything and I watch a lot of anime. I know many want animations, but its better to cut down the number, focus on quality and make the industry better for animators.

That's good :D
It's just that unless someone describes something, it's hard for us to understand that.

I mean not really I just hate it when an action scene is happening and then they just stop and start explaining and spouting nonsense and it releases all the built up tension and excitement.

Yeah every season there's a horrible story about the staff behind an anime not being paid at all. Even the director. And the anime churned out is a horrible nightmare.

Yes that's exactly what I was trying to say. Talking down to the audience and treating us like children.
