How long can you read?

If a story hooks me I will devour it. Haha.
I tend to read for many hours even if I wasn't planning to. I just have to know what will happen next.

that's like me too. i couldn't do anything else unless i know the end. do you read often knowing that you might get hooked?
 
I can't read for more than an hour or so. I would need a break after that.
That's whyi don't usually read at all
 
Usually I'll read a few chapters and then go do something and come back to it a few times a day but sometimes if it really hooks me i'll just keep reading until i finish it.

Yeah I have for some that I really like. Some I've read because the next season was too far away so I just read it instead or animes that didn't get a next season I'd read the manga.

Most of the time anime deviates from manga. So you will have to start from the beginning when you are switching from anime.
Honestly, I would rather wait for the second season

I've only done it about 3 times plus sometimes the manga and anime are exactly the same scene for scene, word for word and you can just continue from where the last episode was. The only bad thing is when I do this I usually never go back to the anime since I read so far ahead.

do you pick ongoing manga as well? i rarely pick ongoing.

I can read for hours...once I'm not interrupted Ima read till I finish what I am reading

me too and i forget everything else.
that's why i don't come often during my shift work.
i would totally forget about arriving customers
 
My highest would be covering around 120 chapters overnight of the manhwa D.I.C.E. Started after dinner at about 10 and the story was so good, I couldn't stop reading without knowing what would happen next..  Its a pity, I lost interest in that,maybe cause it was an ongoing one.. The first hundred chapters were darn lit.. The art, the colours etc and specially the story.. The narration is brilliant..

 Only few times I have been on a reading marathon like that.. very few.

Lol yeah reading really takes you to another world. I try not to get caught up during the day cus my mom gets mad when i ignore stuff i have to do

i like reading a lot too
but with these series i prefer anime first and then read the manga


those are too many and overnight completing all of them is shocking to me.
i will give it a try.
