How do you treat your old phone?

If you get a new phone, how do you treat your old phone?
Would you dispose of it? Or would you try to give it to someone you know? Or would you resell it?

I just put them on a shelf, or use it as back up. I still use my Samsung as back up phone

I usually give it away.
I won't be using it and there is no point in keeping It around.
