How do you personally compare series with similar episode counts?

it's only fair to compare an anime with similar episode counts lol
and what do you all think about it? how do you compare them?

I will never do that.
Episode count can be subjective and based on the story it can be lessor it can be more

It's not even fair to compare them.
I am sure there are plenty of anime which got only 12 episodes instead of 25 episodes, due to budget alone.
