How do you deal with your anime addiction when you have no time?

so do you all know what to do with this? for me, i can't stop reading my manga and i am reading so many and posting a lot these days. i am sure you have seen the threads in bl section
 
It's better to plan your time effectively
One episode a day, wouldn't take too much time and I am sure that's enough if you are too busy
 
I wouldn't say I have an addiction but since I find myself just sitting in a waiting room several times a week while my daughter is in OT, PT and Speech therapy I tend to read manga and light novels and watch anime on my phone while I wait.
 
If I am doing something that I can listen without interruption, I will turn the audio on, while I am doing stuff. Easy enough. Though if it is something that I have a question on what i heard, I will take a quick look, and rewatch what I listened to.

Yes she is ok she was just born very early in the second trimester instead of full term spent 4 months in the NICU so she has a few things to catch up on she will be 3 next month.

Is it even possible to be born that early wtf. Anyway good that she is fine.
