How come that someone can hate themself?

Pretty often (especially on the internet) i heard that people being miserable and hate themself, some of them even saying thing like 'want to kill themself' or yea something like that

So.. this hating ourself is beyond my reach, how come that they hate themself? It's hate, and it's yourself. What's going on with people?

or when you just can't see the end of miserable life, you will think of what ifs and then hate yourself for taking a wrong decision

Angry or regret i still can understand but hate, still too hard to comprehend

there are many people even in this forum, hate themselves i think
it might be hard to understand but for them it's just hard and sometimes i think i date myself too

They listen to the world telling them they're a failure or not good looking enough or don't have enough money and then they believe it.

it's too bitter and very sad. it's just too painful and you can't see anyone and anything giving you support
