I recognized him instantly which even surprised me. I didn't know what he was talking about when I had first seen him but it seems he is talking about his work on Death stranding.

I also found out there is a BB in Cyberpunk 2077 too. I didn't find it as it's in a side mission but it's a Death stranding reference for sure.

Interesting, I think I heard pre-release that he was supposed to be in it but I hadn't heard anything confirming that since. I'm looking forward to playing through Cyberpunk soon.

There is/was a collaboration event happening between the two games and it seems he was involved a little while the game was being made. They're probably just fans of each other.
