Gimp it's free and easy to use and depending on if you know what you are doing me half the time i draw a blank ;-; so it takes time lol

well mansi might be a better person to ask that than i cause im still learning myself but from how i went and figured it out (course with a bit of help from some friends) It's best to experiment with all filter options gradient layer options ect. mainly cause there's an easily accessible undo button (CTR-Z)
