Then people can actually choose what they might like for their children. Anime got that too like seinen but they don't restrict people from watching seinen anime.

I don't know why mangakas don't censor words in their works. Did they cover everything in the anime?

you have to understand that Seinen Manga is targeting a much older audience.... i can say in all honesty that the Anime version of Hellsing Ultimate is much more Verbally abusive than the Manga, in his works Hirano Kouta uses much more curse words in all but Hellsing, i can actually say that Hellsing Ultimate is very eloquent and calm compared to his other Manga's... you have to understand that there is a level of curse words, like in Naruto he curses a lot, and this is shounen pg13, and he uses the mild ones like Baka, Yaro, Tonkachi, Busuu... those are really mild and actually used in many angry situations or teasing your friend... while the more disrespecting ones are used in Seinen, there are so many ways to describe a certain person in an abusive way in Japanese that sometimes you won't even know that it's a curse word since they actually censor it in the translations, but i don't mind the curse words, they just show the character of the character.
