Have you ever thought how anime would be if it had your own country's culture embedded in it along with the japanese culture?

i think it would like different and great.
having our own culture represented can make us closer to anime even more.

I don't completely get the culture part and most of the anime, has their own universe setting.
It wouldn't make much of a difference to me.

Actually there is a growing number of OEM/OEA that's original english manga/anime that is based on american culture. Check out Seven Seas publishing you'll find a lot. Here are a few to name some. Destiney's Hand, It takes a Wizard, AOI House, Hallow Fields.

There's a lot of cultural mixing that's probably overlooked by most unless you know the lore. Eg there's a lot of buddhism references shown in japenese media which is of Indian origin. There's a bunch of personas in SMT which are straight up Hindu gods.
