Have you ever changed a rating of an anime you watched in the past without re-waching

did you do it like ever for any anime?
and just because you think it deserves better or worse than the rating you have already given?
 
I stopped giving rating because I felt like it was all I could think about while watching something.

lol that's true too
and you need to give an appropriate rating as well. and for that we need to be cautious.
 
Not I haven't done it.
After rewatching, the rating may change but not before that and it all depends on how we feel.
 
Yeah i've done it. I can't remember what with but i changed the site i use to track my anime and re-rated some of them

Did you increase the rating or did the opposite?
How is it for you gemxtria? Usually it's the later.

Yeah i decreased a lot of them. A lot of the first ones i watched were 10's but as i've watched more i've realised they aren't as good as i thought

that's normal
and i never increase the rating after i rewatch something. it's just very rare to me.

It's different when you know the story. You start picking up on other bits haha

and i never thought of it that way. i usually don't re-watch the entire anime. just some episodes.

I always end up rewatching the whole thing!
 
Yes I used follow a pattern where I rated a show I watched more than once based on which time I liked it the most. I liked this method because it used to work well for me. But I soon after stopped giving ratings completely they're more trouble than they're worth.
 
I stopped rating anime, I mostly summarise my thoughts into a sentence in MAL. Back when I did I gave 7 to a lot of shows which were 5 or 6 because of the whole "7 is the average score stupidity". Plus my opinion of a lot of anime became worse like Akame ga Kill, Elfen Lied.

I don't think they are bad. I just think they are kinda stupid and cheesy. I do think they are extremely fun and entertaining though.

Yeah I do see what you mean, I think they just have a special place in my heart because they were 2 of the first anime I watched

I can see that. Naruto for example isn't exactly the greatest show but since it's the first show I watched it's special for me too.

i am sure rating could be an old thing but still based on the rating folks can pick or drop an anime.
