Has anyone wonder why anime character Hair are colourful?

so what do you say to this?
we see many colors in anime, but in japan, i don't think many people go out of their way to dye their hair.

They are just to make it easier for us to recognize those anime characters.
It's just my opinion.

and you are right and not just that, they add a few lines on the face for the family members of the anime character

they have the same design and only itachi got some extra lines on the face

That doesn't actually apply to Minato and Naruto if I remember it correctly.

but you have to admit that for boruto and naruto star. they are the same with those facial lines.

Well, I just needed sometime and you have to admit that, seeing the slow pace of One piece anime, is not actually exciting to begin with.

I believe it's something where those troops were not able to gather to wage a war against Kaido.
That Orochi destroyed those bridges.
