First thing first.. the title is misleading lol there is no happiness in this series until the very end (epilouge)..

Okay so.. Happiness.. this series is about a teen boy get bitten by vampire and he becomes a vampire, and of course it change his life forever. First stage of the series show us how the protagonist struggle with his daily life because of his vampiric mutation, then as the story progressed here comes the real thing when then bad guy Sakurane enter the stage

From here on the story becomes darker.. blood.. killings.. violence.. torture.. yea stuff like that, but overall the story is good because the main story also supported by element of psychology and bit of romance so it's not just linear dull story

Characters on this series also good, they seems real and have good personality, especially the protagonist Yukiko Gosho and the bad guy Sakurane, i'm not saying that the other characters are dull.. it just they lack screen time lol

Overall.. this series is pretty good, although if you compared with this author other works like Inside Mari and Flower of Evil is certainly inferior (for me lol) but yea.. if you're okay with twisted people and bloodshed then you should try Happiness

I love sarcastic names, and I hate them at the same time. Sometimes you just get into a series and think it's all wholesome and nice and boom you get a surprise that ruins everything.

Its like you've watched the movie dear? I never get to watch it but the storyline is simply telling me that its a horror and breath taking movie.
