And its not compulsary to follow the rules
i.e 'chan' can be used for practically anyone and 'kun' could be used for practically anyone
but standard way of using them is
chan - for girls and little boys
kun- for boys and little girls(rare)
san- as in used with respect to anyone
sama- best honorific
donno- somewhere between sama and san
