Gore involving humans Vs gore involving monsters in anime

i get stuck when i watch it involving humans lol.
but sometimes it's hard to see the gore of monsters too where the body parts are scattered everywhere

It's been a really long time ago. I just couldn't get into that, fiction or not, it's not my cup of tea.
