Going to the gym

Going to the gym tonight for the first time in about 3 years. Does anyone have tips? Also what are your Gym workout playlists?

I am around 154 pounds. I look chubby but not too fat. I am thinking of going to gym myself

I'm going to have to check my weight before i go. I think i'm around the 100KG range. I'm just super unfit and need to change before i end up getting ill

Guys shouldn't have to worry about weight too much and I don't know that weight in pounds
What's your height?

That's what is great and these relationships and you don't to worry too much about it and that's a very good height

Girls can be really into a few things. I am glad she got her own feel interests. What about anime? Does she watch anime too?

She watched anime yes, she loves SAO and is currently watching My hero. But she's mainly into Crocheting at the moment and makes things with that
