Seriously it's annoying.
I do understand the importance but doing overtime isn't something i like and I hate consultants. They don't have the technical knowledge and they just want us to finish it off immediately....

I told you to ditch those work or dump then on the person who works during that shift.
You don't have to work like that all the time.
 
Who likes to do overtime anyway.. Unless if they give extra money for that,which obviously they wont..
 


That wouldn't even give them the pay they rightfully deserve.

Many companies dont provide the pay for the work they do .. Sucks but thats reality.

If you are working for a very big company which cares about it's employees, then you don't have to think about anything like this.
But if it's a small company, then obviously they expect you to do everything.
 

Adaptability is on ya.. Star. Like if a person can easily accept change, he/she won't have a problem.

Haha.. Nah.. More like in private sector its like this. Work load is always there. But im govt. Ya can relax.. Not railways though.. Also .. Isnt xxx a big enough company.... Like did clara switch companies or what..

As for the question, it isa big company but her incharge is not capable enough

Honestly it doesn't fly anywhere unless that person just slacks off and make others do their work.....
If only...all the team members work equally.....no one will have to do an overtime.

Hmm..tbh Thats why i just said the first 3 letters. There are quite a few companies starting with those 3 letters.. And its okay, star. She trusts me. I would keep the trust intact. She matters to me.

Now I have to get educated again according to star....bakayaro...you are not supposed to use it in a post and you do know that it's got a 4 letter nickname right? those three letters and by adding 'y ' to it.
It's kinda obvious.....
Well, honestly, I don't really like my company ;_;

In this present world we should take care of our privacy....well, now that I think about it...I was pretty shocked when that prism incident came into light.

I dont give 2 shits.. The moment I use online, I am being tracked one way or another.. Unless I use proxy.. Besides.. I use fb , WhatsApp and other medias as well. And they track my data too.. Everything is on the web since the moment I made an account.. There are millions of other people who use the same media too.. So, i honestly dont care..
