Psycho Pass and Ergo Proxy are psychological thrillers, not philosophical.

You also need to define what’s genuine vs not genuine. Just name dropping shows as genuine and not genuine without explaining anything doesn’t give anyone an idea at what you’re getting at.

psycho pass can really come into picture in our future.
it's more realistic and i wouldn't be surprised if that's out future in some 1000 years ahead but ergo proxy is not realistic and got fake stuff.

It’s not possible now, but it’s been a fixture of sci-fi for decades.

Psycho Pass had some mind control shit, which we can’t do yet, but the possibility of sentient robots is too far removed from reality for you?

and i meant to say minds controlling is common and i am sure it's a possibility and we are living under the illusion of privacy but that's not correct so it's a possibility lol

Scientists are working on making AI more human.

Also there's more to the philosophy behind sentient robots than just being robots.

It really just looks like your lack on knowledge on the subject is making you blow it off like it's not a real philosophical discussion.

You could watch more sci-fi shows or movies that discuss sentient robots instead of just watching one and blowing it off like it's dumb.

It's been a sci-fi staple since the 1800's, so there's a ton going on with artificial intelligence in machines.
