Ga-Rei manga anyone?

I think this is a really amazing manga, it has a great story and so far I read great characters.
So its a story about a boy who sees ghosts, one day while he is soabing about breaking up with a girlfriend because he hit a ghoast that was  behind her, he meets this new girl who also sees ghosts. His adventure starts from there and its a hell of a ride . So anyone read this one ?

This is based on the Ga Rei Zero anime right? Or the anime based off of this, whichever it is.
