Forum games are not included in the board statistics anymore

Even if they are quality posts, people wouldn't like that decision.
Why would you want to do it, when it pleases no one?

Because we don't want to include spam posts that doesn't add anything to our forum's quality.

we can, my lady?
it isn't permanent then? xD
that's reassuring xD

Yes.
It's an option in a plugin.
If we disable that plugin or if we un-check that option, then it would lose it's effect.

that's cool, my lady xD
i don't want to effect our board statistics in an irreversible way x)

this is a really stupid move.
don't have got anything in her brain?
who would do that? 8,000 posts are not to be taken lightly.
doesn't she know that?

It is really not that odd. I've seen it done in many communities.
I think it is a way better alternative than having them shutting down the forum game because they don't want us to post them more than other zones.
The way I see it it is a win-win. We can post in the forum games to our heart contents and the staff won't have to worry that in doing so we're 'inflating' the statistics with unrelated posts and threads.
They don't worry and if we enjoy the area we should really worry that much about our post count either. It is just a meaningless counter.

Also about Clara being a round in other forums. She brought me here so a lot of what she is doing out is trying to spread the voice about this community. :D

I don't think this is a good decision.
a win-win situation where everything you do is not counted?
i don't think that's a good win-win situation.

It is matter of perspective.

Post counter is a legacy of our effort in a community. If you care about the post count it is an issue. If you don't it isn't. Your posts will still be there. Your privilege to post in the forum game sarea is still there. I am trying to find a bright side to this. I know not everyone agrees with the approach and I don't really use it anymore since it just made things confusing for my members. All I care regarding the post count is that it doesn't intimidate new members or make older members act smug because of it.

They could hide the post count altogether and at least for me it wouldn't mean squat. i still decide to stay or go depending on how much of a good time I am having in a community. I've grown attached in the past to my big post count only to become squashed when a community had to unexpectedly restart.

That's sad :(
I hope you will love this community kaynil :D

Yeah but it happens. In the end the memories are what matters.
Also, thank you for the good wishes.

Well, I agree with that :D
This is the first forum, I have ever joined and I like it a lot :D

I didn't know that. That's pretty neat.
The first community that we join usually rocks in our hearts forever. <3

This is not a good move human.
Are you trying to drive people away?

A new theme sounds good human.
The present theme is buggy.

We are working on that and we need your input too.
We need you to choose between themes.

This is something human. I like it and it isn't buggy and it doesn't show the new posts at the top like the previous theme, which is confusing as hell, human.
