i have a lot of protein everyday, i need it as i go to the gym 5 times a week

yes i visit everyday, for like 5 mins try and respond to people that have replied.

a lot of times i leave it open on my PC and im not even on the site.

Protein diet is my favorite thing too. I eat salads and such whenever I get my hands on them.
It just take you 5 minutes to give all the replies? Honestly? What is your typing speed? :cheers:

ah man, i don't eat salad, i just don't see the point of it.
but i can eat meat everyday which i do xD

well maybe more than 5 minutes depending on the replies xD

i guess its ok, i wouldn't say its really quick.

For me it takes more than 12 minutes to give replies.
Meat isn't good for health and a healthy gym life.
 

Meat it consists of fatty acids and a huge amount of fat which adds cholesterol to your body.
How is that good?
 

Some gym people told me not to take them.
It messes up with the figure I am trying to achieve so, I stayed away from meat even though I crave it like no other.

are you trying to stay lean if so, meat is the way to do it, just each chicken and low carbs.

ik people that compete and they eat meat and their body fat % is pretty low

I am not trying to stay lean. I am trying to build up muscle but reduce the fat around my things, hips and buttocks.

so you still need to eat meat to build and repair muscle, where do you get your protein from ?

do stuff like squats and dead lifts those are big burner exercises.
and cardio too

They didn't work for me.
Trying to do the yoga thing but so far, I didn't get any good result.
