Forgetting the story after watching an anime

i forget about the story and everyone does but after watching for sometime,i could recall whatever happened. you might have remembered it too

If it's been a long time then I wouldn't remember like that.
So you remember everything that you have watched a long time ago, till now?

Sometimes yes, if the anime was incredibly boring.

Even if it's not boring, people tend to forget things with the passage of time. Be it an anime story or some incident, we would eventually forget at least parts of it.

I can pretty much recall the whole thing if I remember the first episode.

Even if that is from an anime that you have watched a long time ago? Like 10 years or so?
I would remember the story a bit but the exact events and such, I wouldn't be able to recall them

I've been watching anime only for the last 6 years, and that too only in the last 3-4 years I've been watching more and more. Plus, as I said, I won't be able to recall the mediocre ones. That means, since I've watched for that amount of time, my 7 in 2014 is probably a 6 now. So, these ones I've probably forgotten.

The ones that didn't make an impression yeah I do. Even some which do. I barely remember what happened for the majority of  psycho pass.

I see. I wouldn't be able to recollect everything even if an anime, made an impression on me. I have been thinking of death note and I forgot how light manipulated things so that his father wouldn't know that, he is kira. The same goes to other anime as well. I can give the gist but the entire anime narration without missing a single thing is impossible for me

Psycho pass is difficult to remember. It doesn't have a sequence like death note or code geass anime

I'm wrong here. The ones I can recall are the ones I watched twice. The ones I watched only once I'm not able to recall all that much.

I have seen countless ones.. I remember the plots, the way the story goes.. I do remember the important scenes. Like I remember DB for example, which I saw in my class 2. Vegeta arc, I mean which is before the freiza arc. I remember seeing Yu Yu Hakusho as well.. The important scenes .. Same with Inu Yasha.. Inu yasha never gets old ~

I see. It's difficult to remember each and every minute of a particular anime. When it comes to long Anime like one piece, it is close to impossible for anyone.

Did you see those anime dbz, inuyasha, you Yu hakusho more than once .
Can you recall the fights in Inuyasha?

I'm actually thankful for wikis as I can look up anything quickly that I may have forgotten. Though after many years, I do tend to rewatch anything good and almost watch it as if watching it for the first time.

I see. I don't Google what I had forgotten but I tend to either rewatch it or just drop the idea of recalling it completely

I watched One Piece twice so I remember it quite well.

You shared that before and still I can't believe how you could have watched the entire anime like that twice.
It's rather a very long anime and the initial animation is bad

But Toei also made it with a lot of love and it's genuinely fun to watch all the characters come together. Anyway, it was a month long holiday, and my sister and I decided to watch it again and we had a great time. We didn't watch it completely though. We only watched till the Thriller Bark Arc. I mean, everything after that is something we watched recently so we didn't bother.

I see. I don't keep up with the Arc names of one piece except for the ongoing Arc
It's amazing that you have finished all those episodes in just a month.
