Fireworks

Basically there is a girl that finds a magical orb and when thrown it can alternate reality and change time. This is only discovered though when the hero tries to save the girl and is unable to deal with the fact that he couldn't and then throws the orb and makes a wish and it comes true but in a different time. It's a bit confusing at times but the story is a lovely romance.

I did not know that. But there was a lot of fireworks in it so I'm guessing it's right lol It is a very nice anime and it's a movie so you won't have to watch more than a few hours
