I don't think people like Jinbei can fit into that ship.

So, they might need a bigger ship at some point.

I am talking about the future. Now let us consider 5 more people like Franky and Jinbei.
Can sunny withstand that much weight? I highly doubt that.

Also, that might even effect coup de burst.

Well, come on.
It might not break in a year or two.
After all, we have franky now who is an awesome shipwright. He knows what he is doing. He will "upgrade" the ship instead of making a new one for straw hats.
