1. Twelve kingdoms main protagonist.
2. Yona from Akatsuki no Yona

Chiharu Uemura from Boys on the Run, at first she's a cute naive girl, after series of bitter experience on her life she's become manipulative and backstabber evil woman, and decline in moral too

she had started out very weak but she is different now

Balsa is already strong from the beginning! What do you mean by she got good character development kiddo? There is a different between a strong character and a well developed character at the end.

She's strong yes, skill-wise but she does undergo a lot of positive changes in her character throughout the course of the anime. You can't follow the main character of an anime who doesn't undergo any sort of development at all.
