Stay inside, maybe in bed. Take a nap and play video games till the weather becomes better.
Stay inside and watch something. I usually watch stuff that's appropriate for the weather if it's raining for a long period of time, like horror or mystery stuff. It rained for about a month in my city(pretty heavily), and it stopped 2-3 days back.

Chennai doesn't have the best draining facilities so low-lying areas did get flooded a bit. But, my area has a pretty good system, so, I didn't have any problems.
