I would say Natsu from Fairy Tail and Yamaoto from Bleach are the top two, one eats while the other burns everything out of existence. Can't beat that.
i forgot about yamato
and he deserve a higher rating too and he can burn away the water in the soul world too

in most of them, this theory is widely known lol. like the three world views collapsed. the three world views changed.
