Favorite Chinese Dishes?

Chinese dumplings, Chinese buns, General Tao, Chinese noodles, Peking duck and anything with sweet and sour sauce are my personal most favorite Chinese dishes. I could live on sweet and sour veggies and meat dishes only if I had to pick 1 thing to eat my whole entire life. How about you?

Hm.. i like dimsum like wonton, shumai and chicken feet. Then i like mapo tofu, sweet n sour chicken, fried rice, fried noodles and various stir fried dishes

When I visited china town in NYC, I had this beef and rice dish, it was good. Wish I remember what it was.

hrmmm, no I don't think so. I know the meat was cut into tiny bits and mixed into the rice.
