The final movie and last route in the fate stay night series, brings things to a somewhat sour conclusion, but I still enjoyed the battles and music, wish I could have seen it in the theaters. Anyone else here see it? what did you think of the three movies?
 
I have watched every one of the mainline fate animes and some of the spinoffs too and I still had no idea what happened near the end. This is one of those movies that just assume the people have played the VN and animated the fun parts for them I presume.
Wasn't a fan of the movie overall but that fight between Rider and Saber alter was Ufotable's crown jewel.

agreed on the fight and yeah I had to look up some stuff as well. I think this would have better as an anime.
