not really no, it's more of an agitated look in my opinion.
 
I don't use them very often but I am fond of them. They remind me of when they were in MSN.

Well I'm not sure but there are all sorts, if you look it through you might find one
Not sure if you can do that but if you want to use it maybe clara or a mod can do it..I don't know much about them..Just use them
 
i like them but i don't use emoticons at all.
people made fun of me before and i just stopped. never thought of using them again
 
I do use them sometimes.
:D is the one that I use a lot. It's  a pleasant smile emoticon. I do use :)  and :( from time to time as well.

I use that cheering up emoticon a lot man.
It's a little dance that I got caught in and I use only that emoticon all the time.
 
I am never a fan of emoticons and they don't even serve a purpose. I don't like to use any emoticons and I don't look down on people who does

Thank you and I don't really get the special meaning. I don't judge people who uses them and I don't expect them, to see any emoticons in my post.

I think they're alright, I just don't think they belong on a forum.
