Does your company take resignation well?

Not many companies would take it well.
Always, people try to make trouble because some employee is leaving. So, what do you think?

Our company actually deals with the employees properly. I've been working in the company from last 3 years and have not seen a single resignation. You could understand the level of welfare being watched here.
