Does the length of the anime affect whether you start it or not?

Would you pick an anime based on the length alone?
What do you think about it? I am sure not many would want to pick a long anime.

It definitely can do, yeah. If something is only 12 episodes or so I know it won't be too difficult to get through, if there's a fair amount of it I might not even want to try.

i am fairly certain that the length is stopping you from picking it up. it's a factor anyway

and if you ask me, manga isn't half fun as the anime at first lol but later it got slow paced
