Does anyone work-out? Cardio/Lifting/Weights


  1. I started doing cardio this week, basically a HIITS regimen, where you do short (but highly intense) exercise followed by a longer recovery period. It's good for endurance which I am working on. I went to the gym when I was in University but stopped going because I was busy. I plan on going back soon
 
I was into it a few months ago but I stopped totally.  However, I want to get back into it.  Anyway, once I'm back into the habit, then I will naturally do it - quite enthusiastically.
