Do you willingly help people who are on the spectrum?

Some people don't and try to avoid them. Yes they take more time to understand but we need to support each other. Do you go out of your way to help them when you find someone in trouble or approach you for help?

if i can yes. i don't think it's nice of people to avoid them.
but i get it as people can be busy

I'm on the spectrum but I've always struggled to ask for help when I need it. Sometimes people can just tell if I'm struggling with a task and they'll help or take over the task. This is why I did so poorly in math class, I was too stubborn to ask for help when I needed it lol.
