Do you think weak people and the hard working people always get taken advantage of in every country?

i think it's the same everywhere. there is no concept of protecting the weak when you are strong, even though we are intelligent beings.
it's always survival of the fittest like animals. why?

Yes you are right.
People don't behave as if they are intelligent beings and have more animal instinct. May be deep down they are still animals

Yeah, every country has a draw of the pot of different kind of people and ways of thinking.
Among them you have the ones that take advantage of others and justify it in their minds that if they are weak/polite/naive, etc than that's someone else's flaw and not their problem, so they will take advantage with no remorse, nor will they spare a second thought in how their actions affect you or others.
