Do you think that school and college still important?

You need at least a high school degree, but after that its very iffy on college. Went 7 years myself and have lots of debt and no job yet.

i am so sorry to hear that
if only we could all get free education, it will be very good but that's not possible

I think it depends, some jobs require it but if you live in a small town you can easily get a job just by knowing the right people.

They are important if you aim higher.
I hope I would get a cool job soon man

By the way.. you're college student right? What study you took at college?

There are many jobs that require a college degree or even a masters to do but there are so many jobs that also don't and you can live decently off them (especially if you're from a western country) that college might not be necessary and you can just learn those skills from independent coaching classes or internships and this fact is never really mentioned by many parents who made us believe college is the only way to get a decent job.

School is a must though you'll be a bumbling idiot without it.

In my place, a nice job position mostly need college degree. From supervisor and above need college degree, unless you're start from staff and get promotion

Yes here too but there's still many jobs that you can learn for outside of college. In the US and stuff I hear a lot about people who make plenty of money just by learning a skill and never going to college and living off it.

I've heard that too, they even give chance to inexperience people, well the situation and condition are different there and here

They are very important in my country.
I don't know about other countries but you need education to get a decent job

Depends on what field you want to go into I think
some fields don't require much educational proof at lower levels but if you hope to move up then you would need other qualifications.
Many people mostly fall into fields like cleaning, construction and similar jobs when they don't have much education but I think that it's important to at least have elementary education like maths and so on
However, I do believe that education to the highest level is a good idea but fields which would not be to difficult to find employment might be the best way to go
