She was talking about Suzu's baby and her being pregnant for over 18 months.

suzu didn't carry it for so long and i think they are talking about her stay in the new family.

i am also reading god of pain's groom and it's a cool one and inside mari is recommended by white_tiger.

manga can be very good and you can study or read it at your own pace.
