I always thought that animation is all about technical stuff. I need someone to correct me if i'm wrong

i am not sure lol
but it also depends on the mangaka's design as well.
 
It's hard to say
I suppose you could put it that way but they are not too ideal by any means.

If you look long enough you will find everyone's ideal type among anime girls they are designed to be the ideal. For me I already had a female form and personality type I found attractive long before I got heavy into anime so it was no surprise to find my type among the anime girls. Sadly many find their ideal among anime girls first and are disappointed when real life girls/women don't match.

and that's how the world is. it's not anime perfect lol. its not always abut a pretty face or a strong personality
 
I'm a girl so my answer might be different to a guy but some of them can be ideal while others arent always ideal. It depends on your definition of ideal though
