Well, it depends on the parents.
Not many people here take out loans and do part-time jobs... They usually do what parents want them to do. There are pros and cons. However majority of the people are biased towards their sons.

They sure can.
However I don't think it's going to be easy. They will have to work and earn before the loan gets approved
